Straight lengths are summed directly (no expansion factor). Bend length = 2 × π × R × (C/360), then multiplied by the expansion factor from the Nextflex Table 1 chart based on groove diameter and bend radius. Quantity multiplies each segment before summing. The recommended part number is selected from the official Nextflex catalog and rounds up to the next available size for your diameter (skipping one more size if within 10 mm).
