Customer Support Specialist

Technical Sales Executive

We are a thermal solution provider to injection molding, packaging, food production, analytical and many other industries. We deliver thermal simulation, electric heater-based assemblies, coil heaters, cartridge heaters, tubular heaters, sensors, and control systems.

To succeed, a Technical Sales Executive must be highly interested in the customers’ applications and understand their objectives. Documentation must be strong. The right candidate must be a “hunter” when it comes to sales. You will be driven and resourceful in researching your territory, finding the decision maker, get in front of them and deliver double digit sales growth year after year.

We are looking for strategic-minded, self-motivated salespeople who understand the power of focused, high levels of activity to help Nexthermal further elevate our brand and extend our influence with new and potential customers.

The successful candidate will:

  • 5-10 years of documented, double digit, sales growth
  • Have strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers at various levels within a company structure.

  • Demonstrate a successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals in a sales role.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate the ability to document via CRM and provide call reports, activity level, identified opportunity, and action items. Salesforce experience helpful.
  • Demonstrate the ability and desire to work within a team environment.

Nexthermal Manufacturing Associate

Nexthermal Corporation is always searching for manufacturing associates.  We are currently in search of centerless grinder machinists and small assembly production associates.

Shift: Weekdays 6:30am – 3:00pm.

Work Experience: Work history of 6+ mo.

Job Type: Full-time

The Maintenance Worker assists the Maintenance Technician with machine repairs, preventative maintenance, and building maintenance.

  • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
  • Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Follows local and state building codes.
  • Complies with all company safety regulations.
  • Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
  • Reports any issues to the maintenance technician
  • Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
  • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
  • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
  • Install appliances and equipment.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
  • Check functionality of safety systems
  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations and projects.
  • Reports to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
  • Shift: Weekdays 6:30am – 3:00pm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as maintenance assistant or other similar position
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina and dexterity

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

The Development Technician will work in assigned product design and development projects primarily focused on new product, enhanced product development and engineering support for sales

  • Design of heaters and assemblies for supporting customers inquiries.
  • Contacting preferred vendors to get purchase price on special components.
  • Setting up ERP system to manufacture the product in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Generating unit sales price based on costing of the materials and labor estimates.
  • Generating 2D detailed mechanical drawings for customer approval and manufacturing standards.
  • Coordination with manufacturing on questions on released designs in manufacturing.
  • Coordination with manufacturing, purchasing and sales on new designs to ensure manufacturability, purchasing plan and alignment to customers Fit, Form and Function requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Creative problem solving.
  • Experience with CAD software.
  • Experience in ERP systems, BOM, Routing tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and/or Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Skilled trade experience or demonstrated competence in, ideally in electrical discipline.
  • 2-3 years prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
